Age 35 – 45 years (flexible for highly experienced candidates).
Minimum 3–12 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, digital marketing, and branding.
Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and execute strategies effectively.
Must be target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Willingness to travel frequently inside and outside Bangladesh (if required).
Experience in [ power technology, Dry cell & wet cell motorbike battery, manufacturing].

Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales and marketing teams to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and expand market reach.
Oversee branding, promotional campaigns, digital marketing, and product positioning.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Ensure proper pipeline management, forecasting, and achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
Collaborate with senior management to set pricing strategies and business development plans.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
Prepare and present sales and marketing performance reports to top management.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention through service excellence.
