Responsibilities & Context
. Vendor Coordination for Promotions
- Collaborate with product vendors to plan and execute joint promotions or sponsored campaigns.
- Collect marketing materials (banners, standees, product samples) from vendors for in-store use.
- Negotiate co-branding or co-financing of special offers, bundle deals, or festive campaigns.
- Coordinate with vendors to schedule product launches or demos inside the super shop.
- Ensure marketing compliance with both company and vendor branding guidelines.
- Visit vendor offices or warehouses to collect documents, invoices, or cheques as required.
- Represent the company in a professional and trustworthy manner during all interactions.
- Work closely with the Accounts department to reconcile vendor accounts.
- Coordinate with the procurement/purchase team for invoice approvals and GRNs (Goods Received Notes).
