Job Context:

Victoria Intimate Limited, a reputed Knit Garments Manufacturing Company, is looking for an experienced, dynamic, and result-oriented professional for the position of DGM/AGM Marketing & Merchandising.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Marketing & Merchandising team to achieve business targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with buyers and international clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure effective order execution from development to shipment.
Coordinate with Production, Planning, Quality, and Commercial teams.
Monitor order status, costing, pricing, and profitability.
Ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
Lead negotiations with buyers regarding prices, orders, and business terms.
Achieve departmental KPIs and contribute to company growth.
