Responsibilities & Context

As a Executive – Technical Sales, selected candidates will be assigned to different assignments within various customers during their probationary period. Upon successful completion of the trainee period, the candidates will be assigned to a specific business vertical.

  • Sales Target Achievement:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and goals. 

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:

    Identify, research, and qualify prospective customers through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and referrals. 

  • Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations:

    Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential clients, highlighting benefits and features that solve their needs. 

  • Negotiation & Closing:

    Negotiate prices and terms, and successfully close deals to secure new business. 

  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling. 

  • Market Analysis:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to provide valuable market data and trends to management. 

  • Reporting & CRM:

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines using CRM software. Generate regular reports on sales performance and insights for management. 

  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and align sales strategies with organizational goals. 

  • Event Participation:

    Attend and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
