Responsibilities & Context
NiT Academy Global is looking for an energetic and persuasive Marketing & Sales Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and convincing skills who wants to build a career in marketing, sales, and student consultancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to prospective students and clients.
- Promote and explain our language programs (IELTS, Spoken English, Japanese, Dutch, etc.) clearly and confidently.
- Assist in student consultancy services – guiding students about available programs and opportunities.
- Generate and follow up on leads, ensuring excellent customer engagement.
- Maintain proper records of calls, queries, and conversions.
- Support the sales and consultancy team in day-to-day activities.
