Responsibilities & Context
Employment Status: Part Time (shift wise, 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM & 3.00 PM to 8.30 PM)
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Understand customer needs.
Show and explain products clearly. Help customers choose the right product.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage clearly
Maintain good customer service.
Maintain showroom cleanliness, product display, and visual merchandising.
Handle customer questions and complaints.
Support daily sales targets..
Prepare bills and sales records.
Check product stock regularly.
Inform management about low stock.
Build good relationships with customers.
Follow company rules and showroom policy.
