Responsibilities & Context

  • Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients for AGAM’s EWA solution.

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with HR, Finance, and senior management decision-makers.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.

  • Conduct presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports to management.
