Responsibilities & Context
The role involves regular Sales research, identifying potential clients and segregate them.
Regular client visits, conduct meetings, presenting our products & services to clients, following up and onboard them.
Develop training materials of farmers in agricultural developments.
Training farmers on how to increase yields in remote areas.
Assisting the Sales Manager in preparing sales reports on a regular basis.
Recording feedbacks and following up until they are closed.
Follow up on quotations and potential orders.
Support sales representatives by visiting the market & providing feedback to Superiors.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues.
Maintain and regularly update customer and dealer databases.
Maintain accurate records of customer requirements and sales-related communications.
Prepare regular reports on field inquiries, complaints, orders, follow-ups, and unresolved issues.
Communicate field feedback, market information, competitor-related information, and product-related concerns to the concerned department.
Provide useful customer insights to support sales and business decisions.
