Position overview

The Value Proposition Manager will own the development and continuous refinement of compelling, ROI-focused value propositions for Cityscape’s core offerings—membership programs, hospitality services, and lifestyle experiences—ensuring alignment with our brand and strategic mission. This role ensures that every product, service, and membership tier is aligned with the company’s mission:

  • to become Bangladesh’s most prestigious private members’ lifestyle destination, blending

  • luxury, innovation, networking, and happiness.

The Manager will act as the strategic bridge between market insights, customer expectations, and brand promises, ensuring that Cityscape consistently differentiates itself in the market and delivers tangible, measurable value to members, investors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities

1. Value Proposition Development

  • Design and articulate clear member-centric value propositions tailored to each membership category (local, foreign, corporate, lifetime).

  • Define ROI-driven membership benefits—vouchers, credits, dividends, exclusive access

  • Benchmark against global private clubs, lifestyle brands, and luxury networks to ensure world-class positioning.

2. Market Research & Customer Insights

  • Conduct competitor analysis and trend mapping to position Cityscape as the premium choice in Bangladesh.

  • Gather feedback from members, prospects, and partners to continuously adapt offerings.

  • Monitor lifestyle, F&B, wellness, and business-club industry trends.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, F&B Operations, and Wellness Teams to integrate value propositions into customer journeys.

  • Partner with the Finance team to align investment-driven membership models (ROI, EMI, and dividend schemes).

  • Support HR in embedding the brand promise into employee culture, training, and KPIs.

4. Branding & Communication

  • Translate value propositions into clear, persuasive messaging for brochures, digital platforms, investor decks, and membership forms.

  • Ensure all communications (internal and external) consistently reflect Cityscape’s luxury positioning and ‘‘House of Happiness’’ ethos.

  • Support campaigns for membership sales, bar/restaurant launches, and wellness experiences.

5. Performance & Measurement

  • Define KPIs for measuring the impact of value propositions (member acquisition, retention, ROI delivery, guest satisfaction).

  • Present regular reports to the Managing Director and Board on proposition performance and market competitiveness.
