Additional Requirements
Fluent in both written and spoken English is a must.
Understanding of the Local Bangladesh Market and Vendor Network.
Capable of developing advertising concepts, events, and 360° campaigns (offline & online).
Creative, multitasking, and able to work under tight deadlines.
Able to Compile Promotion Reports Digitally (e.g using Google Sheets, WhatsApp reporting, or internal tools).
Ability to multitask and manage timelines under tight project deadlines.
Capable of developing promotion calendars, setting channel strategies (offline/online) and defining relevant KPIs.
Strong leadership skill, Target-driven and results-oriented.
Proficiency in office suite.
Responsibilities & Context
A leading international convenience store chain and one of the largest in its home country is entering the Bangladesh retail market through a joint venture with Kazi Farms Limited. With an ambitious vision to set new benchmarks in retail customer experience the project is currently in its pre-opening phase. To be part of this exciting journey, we are seeking a competent Executive / Sr. Executive, Digital Advertising to oversee and coordinate all functions in close collaboration with both the international project team and local stakeholders.
Job Purpose:
Ensure effective media advertising strategies to maintain brand position as the No. 1 retail brand by managing budgets, selecting optimal media channels and coordinating smooth campaign execution across branches and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and allocate media advertising budgets for branches, ensuring alignment with company targets and Media Activation Manager validation.
• Monitor the execution of media placements, particularly outdoor advertisements to ensure alignment with planned strategies.
• Estimate and plan promotional material needs based on branch expansion and ensure proper distribution.
• Manage procurement, allocation and control of in-store communication materials for regular campaigns, major events and thematic promotions.
• Use digital tools to support brand communication and promotional activities.
• Maintain strong communication with other internal departments
• Coordinate with the design team to create promotional materials. Share finalized materials with relevant teams.
• Ensure promotional materials (e.g., shelf talkers, posters) are printed and delivered to branches on time.
• Maintain strong working relationships with media partners, suppliers, and agencies.
• Support local and national off-air promotional events, sponsorships, and incidental marketing activities.
• Work with internal departments to ensure smooth coordination and successful campaign delivery.
