Must have good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients and support new client onboarding activities.
Assist in bill submission, follow-up and collection processes.
Handle customer queries and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain updated client records, databases and relevant documentation.
Support the planning and execution of client engagement activities and important client events.
Send emails and make calls as instructed by the Line Manager.
Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Line Manager and team members.
