Jr. Architect/ Architect

Job Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, layouts, and detailed drawings for construction projects.

• Prepare and review design concepts using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other architectural software.

• Coordinate with structural, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), and interior design teams to ensure project alignment.

• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, verify compliance with design, and resolve on-site issues.

• Ensure designs follow building codes, safety regulations, and government requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide creative, practical, and sustainable solutions.

• Support in material selection, specifications, and cost estimation.

• Provide technical guidance and design clarification to the construction team during execution.

• Prepare 3D visualizations, models, and presentations to communicate design concepts.

• Ensure quality control and address discrepancies between design and site execution.

• Integrate sustainable, energy-efficient, and future-expansion-friendly design concepts.
