Strong technical knowledge of Glassware machines, Furnace maintenance and Mold handling
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain and optimize the performance of all glassware machines and production lines.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
Coordinate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure product quality and standards.
Manage machine parts inventory and coordinate timely requisition of spare parts.
Participate in job change processes and assist in training junior technical staff.
Keep accurate maintenance records, logs, and reports as per company standards
