Senior Content Writer

Job Context:
Globalwings is looking for a highly creative, skilled, and experienced Senior Content Writer with exceptional English writing and educational content writing abilities to strengthen our digital presence in the international education and study-abroad industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging, research-driven, and SEO-optimised content for websites, social media platforms, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.

Job Responsibilities:

• Website Content Development: Write, update, and optimise landing pages, service pages, country pages, university profiles, programme descriptions, blogs, scholarship content, and promotional materials.

• Daily Content Management & Ideation: Manage approximately 5–6 content tasks daily and generate fresh, relevant content ideas based on university updates, intakes, scholarships, events, campaigns, and current study-abroad trends.

• Content Research: Research universities, programmes, admission requirements, scholarships, visa updates, study destinations, and international education trends to prepare accurate and useful content.

• Design & Promotion Content Support: Convert researched information into clear and promotion-ready content for the Design, Video, Digital Marketing, and Promotion teams.

• SEO Content Writing: Produce original, research-driven, keyword-focused, and SEO-optimised website articles and digital content.

• Social Media & Campaign Content: Create platform-specific content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital channels.

• Video Scripts & Creative Concepts: Develop scripts and concepts for reels, promotional videos, student success stories, university campaigns, events, and educational content.

• Creative Copywriting: Write engaging headlines, captions, ad copies, campaign messages, promotional content, and brand storytelling materials.

• Content Strategy & Planning: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly content plans, content calendars, campaign concepts, and communication strategies aligned with marketing objectives.

• International Education Content: Prepare accurate and student-friendly content related to universities, courses, scholarships, admissions, intakes, deadlines, visa updates, and study destinations.

• New Promotion Development: Identify new promotional opportunities independently and suggest fresh campaign ideas based on market demand, student interest, intake priorities, university updates, and current trends.

• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Design, Video Production, Digital Marketing, Counselling, Admissions, and Compliance teams to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

• Content Accuracy & Quality Control: Verify important information before publication and ensure all education-related content is accurate, updated, consistent, and aligned with organisational standards.

• Content Performance Improvement: Review content engagement and campaign performance and recommend ways to improve reach, enquiries, engagement, and conversions.
