Experience in CBT (Cash-Based Transfer) payment.
Experience in data collection and reporting.
Proficiency in the local language (mandatory; additional proficiency will be considered an added value).
Strong communication skills and proven ability to work effectively with community people.
Training, meeting, and orientation facilitation skills for Rohingya communities.
Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to manage time effectively, document activities, and closely monitor field operations.
Ability to work under pressure.

Scope of the Role:
CARE Bangladesh as an implementing partner of WFP will implement a project titled ‘Green Skills Development in Rohingya Camps’. The project aims to scale up homestead-based gardening in 6000 HHs of several Rohingya Camps in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar as nutrition-sensitive programs to promote the consumption of nutrient-dense foods, such as vegetable growing, through sack/vertical gardening methods in community setups. The project will also work on agricultural innovations in the camps.
Technical Facilitator- Cooking Demonstration will be responsible for activity implementation, monthly plan development and follow-up house visits, practical session facilitation, monitoring, maintaining liaison with the camp stakeholders, and coordination with the CiC office. One of the main responsibilities will be the cash and input distribution of the WFP-funded Green Skills project. He/she is also responsible for the recorded document and others related to the CBT (cash-based transfer) in coordination with the Technical Manager, Officer-Homestead gardening, volunteers, and Finance Officers. She/He needs to move to camp households regularly.
I. Responsibilities and Tasks:
Responsibility # 1: Green Skill activity monthly planning and implementation: 40%
- Implementation of project activity at the camp level.
- Session facilitation (gardening and cooking feeding demonstration) for Rohingya all year round.
- Assist and supervise host volunteers in household follow-up and other tasks.
- Implement and monitor the input support distribution.
Responsibility # 2: Cash-based Transfer/CBT: 20%
- Preparation of muster roll and ensure field-level daily attendance
- Prepare monthly CBT reports to the project management/officers with all support under the supervision of the line manager.
- Collect all supporting documentation from the field team regarding advances.
- Assist the Finance Officer in preparing books of accounts, voucher management, entry transactions into the system, etc.
- Complete any other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Responsibility # 3: Documentation, Reporting and Knowledge Management: 20%
- Harvesting data collection from each HH
- Case story collection on self-reliance and food security
Responsibility # 4: Communication, Stakeholder Coordination and Participation: 15%
- Maintain functional relationships with his/her peers in the team, priority, and project management team.
- Communicate with other teams and units, both program and functions of Care Bangladesh.
- Liaison with camp-level stakeholders for smooth project operation.
General Responsibilities on Safety and Security, and Safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults 5%
