• The Consultant shall be responsible for delivering a series of outputs throughout the duration of the assignment. Within ten (10) working days of contract signing, an Inception Report shall be submitted, outlining the overall design, methodology, rationale, tools, analytical approaches, and a detailed work plan. This report will also include draft questionnaires and interview guides.

• A statistically sound sampling frame and appropriate sample size shall be developed, followed by the preparation of data collection tools, including both quantitative questionnaires and qualitative checklists. All key discussions and consultations undertaken during the process shall be documented through interview notes and supporting records.

• Preliminary findings will be presented through a PowerPoint presentation and a concise handout during an online workshop. Feedback from the Project Office (BDS) and stakeholders will be gathered during this session and subsequently incorporated into the draft report. Additionally, a three-page policy brief summarizing the key objectives and results shall be prepared for wider circulation.

• An indicator table will be developed to compare progress against baseline values, including disaggregated data for treatment and control groups. The Final Report shall include an executive summary, a detailed description of the methodology, limitations, findings, analysis of the intervention, conclusions, and SMART recommendations with specific attention to gender and youth participation in value chain development. The report shall also contain relevant annexes, including the Terms of Reference (ToR), references, lists of respondents, and other supporting documents.

• The Consultant shall submit five (5) hard copies and an electronic version of the final report within one week of receiving consolidated feedback. Case studies capturing success stories from the field will also be incorporated to enrich the report. Furthermore, the Consultant shall deliver the complete dataset in Excel and SPSS formats.

• All deliverables produced under this assignment shall remain the sole property of RMTP/PKSF. The Consultant or evaluators shall not use, reproduce, or publish any part of the deliverables independently without prior written authorization
