Responsibilities & Context
- Provide prompt and effective medical assistance to employees for any health-related issues.
- Conduct medical assessments during recruitment to ensure employee fitness for duty.
- Monitor and follow up on health conditions of pregnant employees; support ongoing nutrition and maternal care programs.
- Maintain proper medical records in line with best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure availability and effective stock management of medicines and essential medical supplies.
- Organize and deliver periodic training sessions for First Aiders; promote a culture of health and safety awareness.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with health, safety, and labor regulations applicable to the industry.
- Collaborate with the factory welfare team to share and implement continuous improvement plans in health and safety.
- Carry out regular inspections and health campaigns to promote employee wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and timely reports on health and safety activities, incidents, and stock usage.
