Supervisor, Nursing Services

Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations.

Provide leadership, guidance, and support to nursing staff to ensure high standards of patient care.

Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development.

Oversee the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care. Ensure that all patients receive appropriate, timely, and effective nursing care.

Monitor patient outcomes and implement strategies to improve care quality and safety.

Staff Development & Training: Identify training needs and organize in-service education and training programs for nursing staff.

Quality Assurance & Compliance: Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to infection control and patient safety. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices in EHC.

Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure continuous improvement in patient care and safety standards.

Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other hospital departments to coordinate patient care and resource allocation. Act as a liaison between nursing staff and hospital administration to address issues, concerns, and improvements.

Ensure clear and effective communication with patients, families, and staff regarding care plans and expectations.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including documentation of care plans and nursing interventions.
