- Maintain and manage general accounting functions including Cash Book, Bank Book, General Ledger, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare and review all types of vouchers, requisitions, bills, and supporting documents.
- Conduct bank reconciliations, track discrepancies, and ensure timely settlements.
- Monitor payables, receivables, inventory status, and asset management.
- Coordinate with banks, customs officials, loans, and compliance.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records (manual and digital) for internal audits.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by management as needed.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, and handle pressure independently
Responsibilities & Context
We are looking for smart, energetic, dynamic & deserving candidates who are capable to do the different accounts work by software & manual base accounting works.
- Maintain petty cash & prepare all kind of vouchers, cash book, bill register, general ledger & different register related to finance & accounts.
- Take responsibility for accounts payable/ receivable, cash receipts, general ledger, payroll, utility, revenue & expenditure variance analysis, fixed assets management, etc.
- Liaison with all banks management for conducting smooth fund management as well as sound business operation of the company.
- Accounts data entry into all level of accounting in the company
- Prepare monthly salary, bonus sheet preparation
- Any other tasks assigned by management.
