Accountant

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger, and reconciliation.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.

Ensure accurate project-wise cost tracking (land purchase, development, and construction expenses).

Manage supplier, contractor, and vendor payments with proper documentation.

Record client advances, installment collections, and outstanding receivables.

Monitor overdue payments and assist in collection follow-ups.

Maintain detailed accounts for land acquisition, registration, legal fees, and development costs.

Track expenses against budgets for real estate projects.

Assist in pricing and profitability analysis of plots, flats, and commercial spaces.

Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.

Assist in external and internal audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.

Maintain proper filing of all financial and legal records related to land and property.

Assist in preparing annual budgets and project cash flow forecasts.

Monitor actual performance against budgets and highlight variances.

Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.

Coordinate with banks for loans, mortgage documentation, and project financing.

Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
