Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux servers will be a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic database management.
Strong problem-solving ability and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and networking systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues for employees (hardware/software/network).
Ensure smooth operation of internet, email, and office IT services.
Regularly back up data and maintain IT security measures.
Monitor and maintain CCTV, printers, and other office IT equipment.
Support ERP/Database/Office applications and coordinate with vendors when required.
Ensure proper documentation of IT assets and provide regular reports.
