Responsibilities & Context
1. Set and implement the operational HSE strategy, annual objectives and risk-reduction priorities.
2. Oversee high-risk activities, including lifting, traffic movement, working at height, confined spaces and isolation.
3. Establish contractor HSE requirements, verify compliance and intervene in unsafe operations.
4. Lead serious incident investigations, root-cause analysis and corrective-action closure.
5. Monitor legal compliance, operational KPIs, field assurance and emergency readiness; report performance to leadership.
