MG Immigration is an immigration consulting firm led by an RCIC- Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant. MG Immigration is seeking for an experienced Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling clients according to their immigration needs.
Job Location: Niketan, Gulshan 1
Job Description:
- Assist clients in selecting the most suitable visa category based on their purpose of travel.
- Review and verify supporting documents such as financial statements, sponsorship letters, and invitation letters.
- Schedule interviews, visa appointments and assist clients in preparing for biometric submissions and interviews.
- Address client queries regarding visa rejections, administrative processing, and appeal options.
- Liaise with embassies, consulates, visa application centres (VACs), educational institutions and representatives for smooth processing.
- Stay updated on immigration laws, international education trends, visa regulations and policies, and any changes in visa procedures
- Organize webinars and seminars.
- Generate leads from social media platforms and various events, follow up and maintain client database.
