Responsibilities & Context

Strong communication skills, both written (email) and verbal, in English

Maintain relationships with internal and external parties by providing support, information, and guidance.

Lead communication and manage liaison with customers in regards to queries and updates.

Prepare offers for Clients and maintain the store records (Up to date regularly).

Managing correspondence, filing (hard & soft copies), and record-keeping.

Effectively serve as the link between internal and external parties by maintaining communication and liaison

Support administrative assignments and manage administrative and HR responsibilities, such as attendance, Leave record and task delivery from team members.

Manage vendor’s dealing and delivery issues.       

Maintain internal dealings within the office to support the broader team.       

Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Perform any tasks and assignments directed by the supervisor.
