Customer Care In-Charge

Handle escalated patient complaints and resolve issues promptly.

Maintain hospital standards of service, empathy, and confidentiality.

Train and guide team members on hospital policies, communication, and patient handling.

Ensure smooth coordination between patients and medical/administrative staff.

Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance service quality

Act as a link between patients, doctors, nurses, and administrative departments.

Update management on patient concerns, feedback, and service improvement areas.

Maintain daily service records, feedback reports, and incident logs.

Submit regular reports to management on patient satisfaction and service performance.

Ensure the team shares information about hospital services, packages, and promotions.

Support marketing and patient engagement initiatives when required.
