Responsibilities & Context
Perform safe and timely fuel dispensing and refueling of terminal equipment
Operate designated fuel delivery vehicles and ensure safe transportation, handling, and dispensing of fuel in compliance with applicable regulations.
Monitor daily fuel consumption, maintain fuel inventory records, and report stock discrepancies or shortages to the concerned supervisor.
Conduct daily inspections of fuel delivery vehicles, tanks, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and dispensing equipment to identify defects or leaks.
Maintain accurate fuel dispensing records, including equipment details, fuel quantities, meter readings, and transaction documentation.
Ensure proper fuel handling and storage to prevent contamination, leakage, spillage, and mixing of different fuel types.
Follow HSE procedures for hazardous materials handling, fire prevention, spill control, PPE usage, and environmental protection.
