6-8 years in HSE systems, compliance and ISO certification, including internal or lead-auditor responsibilities
Occupational Health & Safety or Quality Management, with formal study in integrated management systems and ISO auditing.
ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Lead Auditor
ISO 9001 knowledge preferred
Driving License

Additional Requirements
• ISO 45001/14001 interpretation and lead auditing
• Management-system documentation and process mapping
• Compliance evaluation, gap assessment and corrective-action management
• Data analysis, cross-functional coordination and clear technical writing
Responsibilities & Context
1. Develop and maintain the integrated HSE management system aligned with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
2. Maintain legal and other requirements registers, procedures, standards and document-control processes.
3. Plan and conduct internal audits, coordinate external certification audits and track corrective actions.
4. Manage nonconformities, risk and opportunity registers, change controls and management reviews.
5. Analyze compliance trends and drive continual improvement across departments and ensure management reviews are completed
