Responsibilities & Context
1. Conduct training-needs analyses and develop role-based HSE competency matrices and learning pathways.
2. Prepare the annual training calendar, budgets, delivery priorities and trainer-resource plans.
3. Oversee development of classroom, practical and digital training materials and assessments.
4. Set trainer qualification, observation, assessment and recordkeeping practices.
5. Measure training effectiveness through knowledge checks, practical evaluations and on-the-job performance; close competency gaps.
