Additional Requirements

6-8 years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical Product Development. For highly qualified candidates, experience and designation requirements may be considered leniently.
Strong team leadership skills with a focus on achieving results.
Basic understanding of Quality by Design (QbD), Quality Risk Management (QRM), Design of Experiments (DoE), Critical Material Attributes (CMA), Critical Process Parameters (CPP), and Critical Quality Attributes (CQA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret experimental data and recommend technical solutions.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.

Major Responsibilities

Develop and optimize solid oral dosage forms, including tablets and capsules.
Execute pre-formulation, dissolution, stability, and QbD-based studies to ensure robust and compliant product development.
Support scale-up, validation, technology transfer, and commercialization activities for successful product launches.
Prepare and review development, regulatory, and technical documentation in line with GMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to resolve formulation and manufacturing challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Analyze data and study outcomes to identify formulation and process improvement opportunities and recommend evidence-based solutions.
Monitor and evaluate product and process performance to identify opportunities for process optimization, improve manufacturing efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality.
