Job Responsibilities:
Monitoring the sales and promotion of strategic and major brands
Monitoring the new product launching related activities
Meeting with all executives and other team members to design the job allocation with deadlines
Guiding team members for accomplishing daily jobs
Monitoring the progress of assigned tasks & taking feedback from subordinates
Developing new executives through daily activities
Formulate strategies for improving product performance
Generating ideas for improving departmental performance as well as company`s performance
Filed visit in different territories to uplift the Rx and sales
Executing product executive for preparing PPMs, selecting gifts and other promotional items
Attending monthly regional marketing conference
Coordinating gift selection and finalization
Evaluating competitors’ activities to formulate counter strategy
Arranging the training program of new & existing MPOs
