Medical Promotion Officer / Executive

Develop and maintain professional relationships with: Pediatricians, Child & Adolescent Psychiatrists, Neurologists, Developmental Pediatricians, ENT Specialists, Neonatologists, General Practitioners

Conduct regular visits to hospitals, private chambers, clinics, medical colleges, and healthcare facilities to promote ICPL services. 

Build and maintain a structured database of doctors, chambers, hospitals, and referral sources. 

Ensure regular follow-up and engagement with existing referral doctors to strengthen professional relationships. 

Generate referrals for: ABA, Occupational,Speech & Language Therapy, Developmental Assessments, School Readiness Programs and  Parent Support Services

Coordinate with Client Service and Clinical teams regarding referred clients and onboarding follow-up. 

Monitor referral conversion and support smooth communication between doctors and ICPL. 

Assist in organizing doctor engagement programs, awareness sessions, CME programs, and networking activities.

Professionally represent ICPL during all external engagements and networking activities. 

Promote evidence-based and ethical developmental services aligned with ICPL’s organizational values. 

Support medical outreach campaigns, awareness activities, and professional networking initiatives. 

Maintain professional conduct and organizational confidentiality at all times. 

Submit: Daily field visit reports, Weekly doctor engagement reports, Monthly referral conversion reports, Referral database updates 

Maintain accurate documentation of outreach activities, meetings, and referral outcomes. 

Support management with market intelligence, competitor insights, and referral trend analysis.
