Additional Requirements

3-5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in HVAC and utilities.
Sound knowledge of HVAC systems, GMP, HSE, compliance and equipment qualification/ validation. AutoCAD is preferable.
Strong technical problem-solving skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and drive projects.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work effectively with internal teams and external service providers.

Major Responsibilities

Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC systems, utilities, facilities, and plant equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with GMP, HSE, and regulatory requirements through effective maintenance practices.
Support qualification, calibration, and HVAC validation activities to maintain compliance and system performance.
Plan, coordinate, and execute engineering projects, equipment installation, commissioning, technical modifications, and facility renovation initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement programs focused on reliability enhancement, energy optimization, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
Lead HSE initiatives, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) within the Plant Maintenance function.
Manage SOPs, technical documentation, spare parts inventory, and procurement activities while coordinating with cross-functional teams and external contractors/service providers
