Position Requirements:

A minimum of 3 years of experience in similar marketing roles within a reputable pharmaceutical manufacturing company is required, preferably in Oncology or Hematology.
Excellent business communication skills in both English and Bangla.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong presentation skills.

We are looking for eligible candidates interested in working with our Specialty Products Division (SPD) team in the Strategic Marketing Department (SMD) as `Brand Manager`.

Major Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Brand Development: Develop and execute annual brand plans.
Product Launch: Plan and ensure a successful new product launch activity.
Marketing & Promotion: Design promotional campaigns & ensure promotional activities.
Sales Support & Training: Develop sales tools, detailing aids, and digital content & train the sales team.
Key Opinion Leader (KOL) & Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLS & Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Research and Development, Regulatory, Finance, Supply chain).
Market Research & Analysis: Forecast market share, sales trends, and budget impact.

Job Location: Corporate Headquarters at SKS Tower, Mohakhali, Dhaka.
