- 1-2 years of experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or Sales Accountant in a manufacturing company (feed, FMCG, or related industry preferred).
- Familiarity with ERP software is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Basic communication skills in English & Bengali.
Skills & Competencies:
Responsibilities & Context
Maintain accurate records of inventory (raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts).
Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials; ensure proper stock levels.
Prepare and update daily stock reports, consumption reports, and wastage reports.
Assist in sales accounting, including invoicing, sales records, and accounts receivable.
Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
Conduct periodic physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports related to inventory and sales.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment.
