- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food & Nutrition
Additional Requirements
- Age 22 to 32 years
Graduate in EEE, ME, MTE, MIE, IPE, and Food Engineering.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and reporting.
Good command on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Able to work under pressure & Able to work in a team environment.
Responsibilities & Context
Support the daily production activities to achieve the planned production targets.
Monitor machine performance, production quality, and process efficiency under the guidance of Production Manager.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and TPM.
Assist in preparing production schedules, work instructions, and process documentation.
Identify and report process deviations, equipment malfunctions, or quality issues.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management review.
Learn and apply company policies, production systems, and standard operating procedures.
