Position: Resort Operations Manager

Company: Da Birulia Resort

Job Location: Birulia, Savar, Dhaka

Salary: BDT 20,000 – 30,000 (Negotiable)

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the resort.

- Supervise staff and ensure smooth coordination across all departments.

- Monitor guest services, bookings, check-in and check-out processes.

- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

- Manage resort facilities, housekeeping, restaurant and maintenance activities.

- Monitor operational expenses and control costs.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.

- Ensure proper discipline, cleanliness and service standards throughout the resort.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.

- Relevant professional experience in resort, hotel or hospitality operations will be preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

- Good knowledge of hotel/resort operations.

- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently.

- Strong organizational and decision-making skills.

- Must be proactive, responsible and guest-oriented.

Experience: 1–5 years preferred in hotel/resort operations.

Employment Type: Full-Time
