Requirements
Education
- Diploma in Textile Engineering in Textile Engineering
- Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Textile Engineering
- Bangladesh University of Textiles students will get preference
- Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in any discipline (Textile Technology, Fashion Design, or related fields preferred but not mandatory).
Experience
- At most 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import, Garments, Textile, Garments Accessories
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Requirements
- Age 18 to 30 years
- No prior experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of garment construction, especially underwear and sleepwear, is a plus.
- Keen attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to quality control processes.
- Familiarity with quality control standards in the garment industry.
- Basic knowledge of sewing techniques and fabric types.
- Ability to use measurement tools like tape measures.

Responsibilities & Context
- Conduct thorough inspections of underwear and sleepwear products at various stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Check for defects in stitching, fabric, fit, and finishing.
- Verify measurements, labels, and packaging meet client specifications.
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformities to the PD team.
- Collaborate with PD team to address quality issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to safety and ethical manufacturing standards.
