Responsibilities & Context
Supervise and monitor daily denim wet processing, washing, and finishing operations.
Develop new denim wash recipes, finishes, and surface effects based on buyer requirements and market trends.
Ensure proper execution of washing processes, including chemical application, machine operation, and process parameters.
Coordinate with the R&D, Washing Laboratory, Quality, and Production teams to ensure product quality and timely delivery.
Monitor production efficiency, chemical consumption, process costs, and resource utilization.
Identify process improvement opportunities and minimize rejection, rework, and wastage.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental, and social standards.
Lead and guide production personnel to achieve operational targets.
