Additional Requirements
- Age 35 to 55 years
At least 5 years experience in the similar position (Production Manager) in uPVC Pipe & Fittings company.
Responsibilities & Context
Lead and manage daily production operations of uPVC pipe & fitting extrusion lines.
Develop, implement, and monitor production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery timelines.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, machinery, and raw materials.
Monitor process parameters and ensure consistent product quality as per company and industry standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce downtime, and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other departments for smooth workflow.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in the production area.
Train, mentor, and motivate the production team to achieve departmental goals.
Prepare and maintain production reports, records, and documentation.
Contribute to strategic planning for capacity expansion, process automation, and cost reduction.
Any other task as assigned by the management.
