Manager/Sr. Manager – Production

Job Context:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Yarn Dyeing Production Manager to lead and optimize our dyeing operations. The role requires extensive hands-on experience in managing dyeing processes across multiple product lines, including warping, drawstring, elastic, sewing thread, and knitted trims. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring resource optimization, effective inventory control, and timely execution of production schedules while maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for dyeing production and quality control as per buyers’ requirements and standards.

• Ensure accurate shade matching for yarn dyeing and verify recipes before bulk production.

• Monitor dyeing and finishing processes to meet quality benchmarks and on-time delivery schedules.

• Prepare and track daily, monthly, and yearly dyeing production plans and KPIs.

• Manage production performance to achieve delivery targets while controlling operational costs within budget.

• Address customer complaints on lab dips, samples, and bulk dyeing with corrective and preventive actions.

• Collaborate with the Sales Team to understand buyer requirements and align production with shipment deadlines.

• Arrange and oversee third-party tests whenever required by buyers.

• Provide regular reports and feedback to senior management on production performance and challenges.

• Optimize manpower deployment across shifts, supervise staff, and ensure discipline and productivity.

• Conduct training for workers on process knowledge, quality awareness, and safety standards.

• Promote teamwork, resolve conflicts, and enforce compliance with company policies, safety norms, and regulations.
