Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in AutoCAD drafting, preferably in civil, structural, or architectural projects.
Expertise in AutoCAD (2D & 3D preferred), Google Drive tools, and drafting standards including BNBC and construction detailing.
Skilled in preparing accurate shop drawings, as-built documentation, and project reporting.
Strong communication, coordination, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities & Context
Prepare detailed civil, steel, structural, and architectural drawings as per project requirements.
Modify and update drawings based on design changes, site instructions, and project specifications.
Assist engineers in preparing shop drawings, working drawings, and as-built documentation.
Ensure all drawings comply with BNBC standards, PWD schedule, and project requirements.
Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and contractors for drawing-related clarifications.
Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings for accuracy and easy retrieval.
Support in quantity take-off and layout preparation when required.
Provide timely drawing support to avoid project delays and ensure smooth execution.
