Responsibilities & Context
• Lead the Team of Warehouse, Transporter, support staff.
• Coordination with all Stakeholders ( Sales, SCM, Management) on standard way.
• Monitor all activities ( Inbound & outbound ) within/from Warehouse.
• Generate all related documents ( Invoice, Challan i.e.).
• Closely contact with Distributor, Transporter and other concerns relation to business.
• Reply day to day query with standard-way, verbally and by email.
• Maintain stocks, Follow-up FEFO, FIFO.
• Strictly maintain the SOP and other policy.
• Maintain various types of Inventory ( Stock, POSM i.e.).
• Coordination with Sales on daily basis, reply to any query.
• Strictly follow-up the outbound stocks till connection to end-user
• Maintain all VAT formality, Legal, generate docs.
• Prepare All kinds of report related to Operations, Supply Chain and Management.
