Sample Development & Approval

• Create samples for each new design and present them for approval to the concerned authority.

Production Supervision

• Monitor each step of the production process including cutting, stitching, finishing, and pressing.

Quality Control (QC)

• Ensure each garment meets quality standards in terms of stitching, fitting, and finishing.
• Identify and resolve defects promptly.

Team Coordination & Management

• Allocate tasks to tailors, helpers, and support staff.
• Supervise and ensure progress is on schedule.

Timely Delivery Management

• Ensure completion and delivery of orders within the stipulated timeline to showrooms or clients.

Cost Management

• Control production costs by minimizing waste and optimizing resource usage.
