Deputy Manager/ Manager, QA & QC- (Auto Rice & Rice Bran Oil Mills), Bogura Plant

Job Context

Meghna Group of Industries (MGI) is one of the largest and leading conglomerates in Bangladesh. Tanveer Food Ltd (Auto Rice & Rice Bran Oil Mills) is one of the sister concerns of MGI which is engaged in Rice Production & Rice Bran oil production with the automated system, using the most modernized processes and state-of-the-art technology to ensure quality. MGI is currently looking for Deputy Manager/Manager (QA & QC) for Tanveer Food Ltd (Auto Rice & Rice Bran Oil Mills) in order to maintain quality as per requirement. The position of "Deputy Manager/ Manager" will play the QA & QC related tasks and will report to the Plant Head.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, supervise & motivate the QA & QC team to deliver quality product.

• Develop quality policy, procedures & guidelines aligned with organizational goals.

• Train stockholders regarding quality policy & procedures.

• Oversee the day-to-day QC operations in the rice mill, ensuring that quality parameters are met at every stage of the process, from raw materials to finished products.

• Conduct regular inspections and quality tests on raw rice, semi-processed and finished rice.

• Make sure that all instruments and equipments used for quality check are calibrated on time, and adjust the alignment as needed.

• Ensure cost-effective implementation of quality management system.

• Improve QA & QC processes and workflows continuously to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Ensure accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis to support quality control activities.

• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulatory guidelines.

• Prepare regular reports on critical control point, ETP & WTP water test and submit to plant head for decision-making and process improvement.
