Ability to prioritize a high volume of competing tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously under intense pressure.
Proficiency in communication skills in English and Bangla, including formal business writing and the diplomacy required to interact with diverse classes of people.
Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
The tact to navigate complex workplace dynamics and anticipate the Chief Advisor`s needs before they are expressed.
Adaptability to irregular working hours, including weekends, and readiness for frequent overseas travel.

We are seeking an exceptionally organized and smart Personal Assistant to support the Chief Advisor of our Group of Companies.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate an active calendar of appointments, prepare agendas, briefing notes, and record minutes of meetings.
Screen and manage high volumes of emails and calls and draft formal correspondence.
Manage personal schedules, health issues, household staff, and private errands.
Maintain confidentiality in all dealings and tasks, especially when handling sensitive information.
Any other tasks assigned by Management.
