Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist students and visitors at the front desk
Handle incoming phone calls and messages professionally
Maintain records of walk-in clients and appointment schedules
Provide general information about study abroad programs
Manage front office cleanliness and basic administrative support
Coordinate with counselors for scheduling and document handling
