Must be ready to travel and meet customers anywhere in Bangladesh. Clear spoken Bangla. Able to explain software in simple language and follow up until the customer starts using it. A smartphone is required. Field sales experience is an advantage. Fresh candidates who can talk to business owners may apply.

Responsibilities & Context

Job Responsibilities & Context

This is a target-based, full-time field sales job.
Visit shop owners, offices, and other businesses across Bangladesh to introduce BRAINTREE SaaS products.
Demonstrate the software using a phone or laptop and explain how it can help with daily business tasks.
Find potential customers, present suitable products, and close sales.
Help new customers get started and begin using the software.
Follow up after each sale, collect feedback, and maintain customer relationships.
Discuss renewals and additional users with existing customers.
Coordinate with the BRAINTREE team when customers need setup or support.
Track customer visits and sales, and share reports with the team.
Travel anywhere in Bangladesh as needed for field sales.

Salary: (negotiable), plus commission for every sale.
