We are now expanding our international sales team and seeking experienced, ambitious sales professionals based in Bangladesh to represent our organisation and drive direct sales of our training solutions.


The Role

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing. You will engage directly with SMEs and large businesses in the UK, explaining apprenticeship programmes, their benefits, and how employers can access them.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Prospecting and identifying decision-makers in businesses across the UK.

  • Making direct contact with businesses via phone calls, social media, and professional networks.

  • Presenting apprenticeship proposals and clearly explaining the benefits for both learners and employers.

  • Managing a full sales cycle: from generating leads to closing deals.

  • Building strong relationships and establishing trust with business leaders.

  • Consistently working towards and exceeding monthly sales targets.

  • Providing accurate, timely reporting on pipeline, progress, and results to management.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven sales experience – ideally in international markets, selling education, training, or B2B services.

  • Highly proficient in English (spoken and written) with excellent communication skills.

  • Strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets.

  • Experience representing international companies in a similar role is highly desirable.

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage a pipeline and report effortlessly to management.

  • Self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently.

  • Must be willing and able to work UK business hours to maximise sales opportunities.
