Responsibilities & Context
Drive sales growth and expand market presence across assigned territories.
Identify and develop potential markets for the company's product portfolio, including rice, aromatic rice, flour, lentils, mustard oil, snacks and spices.
Explore new business opportunities to achieve market expansion objectives.
Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers and distributors to strengthen the distribution network.
Maintain strong business relationships with existing distributors through regular market visits and continuous engagement.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
Conduct regular market visits and analyze sales trends, competitor activities and customer demand.
Ensure achievement of individual and team sales KPIs and monthly and annual business targets.
Ensure effective retail coverage, product availability and brand visibility across the assigned territory.
Prepare and submit daily, monthly and annual sales reports as required by management.
Monitor distributor performance and take necessary initiatives to improve sales execution.
