Responsibilities & Context
Job Responsibilities
Make inbound and outbound calls to promote and sell books.
Contact leads from Facebook, social media, websites, and other marketing channels.
Provide accurate information about books, authors, prices, editions, and offers.
Convert customer inquiries into confirmed orders through effective communication and follow-up.
Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
Coordinate confirmed orders with the delivery and operations teams.
Maintain customer records, call logs, order details, and daily sales reports.
Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain positive customer relationships.
